Activity Overview

• State Rally is the biggest, annual state-wide Scout event in the NSW Scout calendar. This event is open to ALL Scouts in NSW. The theme for 2026 will be - Race Against Time! State Rally 2026 will be held at Cataract Activity Centre, Baden Powell Drive Appin. Join us for State Rally 2026 from 7th August - 9th August 2026.

• Early bird - $80
• Paricipant $90
• Venturer Scout Service Leader (Catered) - $85.00
• Venturer early bird - $75.00

Clothing & Equipment

• Tent – proivded by scout group
• Trangia - provided by scout group
• Sleeping bag
• Sleeping mat
• Mess kit (plate,bowl, cup, cutlery, tea towel)
• 2 x underwear
• Pjyamas or thermal underwear (it will be cold overnight)
• Jumper/Jacket
• 2 x T-shirt / top
• 1 x shorts/long pants
• Raincoat
• Sneakers/walking boots - no crocs or thongs
• Hat/beanie
• Sunscreen
• Insect repellent
• Drink bottle
• Torch / head torch / camping light

Travel Arrangements

• Scouts and Venturers are to organise their own travel arrangements (carpooling is best)
